Plans and Rental Terms

Tell us whether you need a Mac for a single-app build, everyday development, or MLX inference, and how many days you expect to use it. Commit 16 includes an M4, 16 GB of memory, and 256 GB of storage. Commit 24 includes an M4, 24 GB of memory, and 512 GB of storage.

Include parallel workloads, storage needs, and your preferred location so we can tailor our recommendations to your workload.

Multiple Macs Across Locations

Tell us how many Macs you need, what each one will be used for, the rental term, and whether you’d like them in different locations. Each order is for one dedicated physical machine, and rental terms are calculated separately for each machine.

Note any shared build environment or delivery deadlines. Check the console for real-time availability.

Tickets for Connections, Builds, and Billing

Sign in to the console, find the relevant order, and submit a ticket. Include the order number, location, when the issue occurred and its time zone, the expected result, and the actual error. Attach screenshots if available.

A support ticket keeps the issue and instance records together. Never send passwords, private keys, or full payment credentials in a public email.

Ticket Checklist

Already ordered? Include these four details

Specific details make it easier to diagnose an issue than a message like “can’t connect.” Share only what’s relevant, and never include passwords or private keys.

  1. 01Order NumberSelect the relevant order in the console so the ticket is linked to the Mac mini with the issue. If you have multiple Macs, identify each one separately.
  2. 02LocationSpecify the location—Singapore, Japan (Tokyo), South Korea (Seoul), Hong Kong, US East, or US West—and whether you’re connecting over SSH or VNC.
  3. 03When It HappenedInclude when the issue first occurred and the time zone, whether it keeps happening, and the most recent action or command you ran.
  4. 04Error and ScreenshotsShare steps to reproduce the issue, the error text, and any relevant screenshots. Redact tokens, private keys, and other sensitive information.
Replies and Support Coverage

Follow up in the right place—no guesswork

Sales Email

Email support@vmcommit.com and check the same email thread for our reply. Include your use case, rental term, number of Macs, and preferred location to reduce back-and-forth. Replies are handled in the email queue; we don’t promise a fixed response time.

Order Support Tickets

Submit technical and order-related issues in the console and follow up in the same ticket. Include your time zone so we can correlate incident times across Asia-Pacific and the US. You can submit tickets from anywhere, but this does not mean live, instant support is available.

Payment Questions

Check payment options before you order

All prices are in US dollars (USD). We accept USDT-TRC20 and Visa, Mastercard, and Amex through Stripe. Available payment options depend on the gateways shown in the console. For payment or renewal questions about an existing order, submit a console ticket. For plan questions before ordering, email us.
